Participating in Webinars

You will need both a computer and a phone to participate. PLEASE test your system prior to the meeting! We will not be able to provide technical assistance at the time of the training. Please ensure your computer can connect to Webex by following these steps:

2. Follow the instructions onscreen
3. If a window pops up asking for access to your computer click “allow” or “trust”
4. If the test is successful you will join a meeting. Once you see the meeting you can close the window and leave the meeting. You should have no issues joining a meeting in the future.
5. If you have trouble joining or the test is unsuccessful check with your IT department or Call Webex technical support at: 1-866-229-3239

To hear audio:
To receive a call back, provide your phone number when you join the training session.

Alternatively, you can call the conference number provided in your WebEx meeting log-in information email and on the "meeting information" tab once you are logged in to the session.

Other ways to access the webinar:
WebEx provides free application for iPad, iPhone, Android, and Blackberry. Please note that you still need to connect to the conference line in order to hear the audio portion of the webinar.
