DRDP Online lets teachers, program administrators, and other designated staff access DRDP instruments and conduct DRDP assessments online. DRDP Online stores data entered by teachers in a secure database and automatically produces a variety of assessment reports for individual children and groups of children.
DRDP Online User Login
The End User License Agreement (EULA) for DRDP Online has been updated for DRDP (2025). To renew use for the 2026–2027 contract year, you must sign a new EULA.
Requirements
Please complete and sign the online California EULA, or the EULA for Non-California Agencies, using the chart below to identify the appropriate signer.

California Agencies
DRDP Online is available free of charge for agencies funded by the California Department of Social Services (CDSS), CDE’s Early Education Division (EED), California Head Start programs, California tribal CCDF and Head Start programs, California K-12 school districts, California Community Colleges, California State Universities, University of California campuses, and any family child care home or agency, public or private, involved in the QRIS Quality Counts California.
Agencies, family child care homes, or school districts may obtain a DRDP Online account by completing a DRDP Online Account Request. The online request form requires:
- The agency vendor code or the district CDS code (or license number for family child care homes)
- The name and email of the master account holder
- DRDP views (The selected view may only be changed once per year. To determine your view, review the document DRDP Measures and Views.)
This includes agencies funded by CDSS, CDE/EED, California Head Start programs, California tribal CCDF and Head Start programs, California K-12 school districts, California Community Colleges, California State Universities, University of California campuses, and any family child care home or agency, public or private, involved in the QRIS Quality Counts California.

Once the signed EULA and verification are received, the DRDP Online team will assign login credentials. The login information (URL link, user name, and password) for the agency or district DRDP Online account will be emailed to the representative within two weeks. This email will include instructions for creating individual DRDP Online accounts for the teachers within the agency or district who will be using DRDP Online to assess the children in the classroom.

For other California-based agencies, the cost for DRDP Online varies depending upon type and size of agency. A flat yearly fee of $50 applies to CA family child care homes. For other CA agencies, the rate is $300 per year for an enrollment up to 200, with an additional $2.00 fee per child over the 200 mark.
