Introducing Smartsheet Dynamic View—A new resource to check your annual requirements
We are excited to announce that WestEd is providing a new resource: Smartsheet Dynamic View. This is designed to help you track your progress and status on fulfilling the annual DRDP CTI Requirements for the fiscal year. With the Smartsheet Dynamic View, you can quickly check if you have completed your 2-training requirement, turned in your annual renewal form, paid your $100 payment, and even see if you have attended the quarterly calls.
The Smartsheet Dynamic View will provide submission links and a place to enter notes/comments. For example, if you notice that your name is misspelled or that the agency you work for is no longer accurate, you can click on the row with your name and enter a correction into the notes/comments section. Suppose you notice that you are listed as not meeting your two training requirements but know that you completed two trainings and have the sign-in sheets and evaluation surveys. In that case, you can upload them to the conference center and notify us via the comments in the Smartsheet. Any time you enter something in the Dynamic View, an administrator at WestEd will be notified, and they will update the Dynamic View once a week.

To access the dynamic view, you will need a Smartsheet account. You can create a free one if you do not already have one.
To provide us with your Smartsheet account, please fill out THIS FORM. The email address you input MUST be the one you used to create your Smartsheet account.

Getting Started:
- Visit the Smartsheet website: www.smartsheet.com.
- In the top right corner, select Log in.
- In the center of the screen, you will see a prompt to log in or create an account. Select Create an account.
- Create an account using the email address you often use for your DRDP communications. (The email address you signed up with will be the one we use to give you access to the Dynamic View sheet, and you need regular access to it. If this means you use your email, please do so.)
- Once you enter your email address, you will be prompted to enter your name, phone number, and job title. Only enter your first and last name. The rest of the information is not required to sign up. Once that’s done, select Continue.
- Confirm your email address. A verification link will be in your inbox, updates tab, or spam folder. Locate the email and click the verification link.
Note: If you didn’t realize you already have a Smartsheet account, you may not receive a verification email and may instead receive a notification that reads: Someone signed up for a Smartsheet account with your email address (your email address), but it appears you are already a Smartsheet user. If you are not sure of your password and would like to reset it, you can visit our password reset page. If you receive this notification, you must reset your password, which you can do at this link.
- The link will redirect you to the Smartsheet sign-up page, where you can create a password. Please ensure this is a secure password that you will remember but do not use for other accounts. Once that’s done, select Continue.
- The next page will request more information to optimize your experience. Enter Education for your field of work and select None of these in the prompted selection. Then, you can proceed.
- Please proceed to THIS FORM, where you must input your first and last name and the email address you just signed up for Smartsheet with. Once that’s done, you’ll receive an email directing you to the Smartsheet Dynamic View Page.
Please note: Smartsheet will have you listed as on a free trial for the business account. At the end of the trial period, it will automatically default to a free account if you do not enter in payment information. DO NOT ENTER IN YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION. You DO NOT need a paid account to access the dynamic view.
